• Aim to provide typically a 10 working day turnaround on standard repairs, subject to the availability of parts and information, but a willingness to carry out urgent emergency repairs immediately where possible.

• Able to support the terms of most manufacturer’s warranty statements regarding repairs.
• Currently manage and support a spares holding of over 2,000 line items. 
• Integrated computer based processes to manage our business.
• Able to offer field support at customer sites where appropriate.
